Redefining the Travel Baseball Experience

Our philosophy is to prioritize player development while minimizing the financial impact of travel baseball, especially in the current economic climate. Most teams invest time and money into out-of-state tournaments and extra team spirit items. Instead, 14U Kararo will be allocating resources towards Blast Motion (used by University of Oregon, Mizzou, University of Iowa) subscriptions for each player along with other resources TBD. These resources will allow coaches to objectively track progress while helping players take control of their development. Our team will play a balanced schedule of league games (WSBL - AA+) and local tournaments that offer a dynamic challenge for our athletes while providing opportunities for practice throughout the season.

Meet the Coach

Noah Kararo

Noah, an Illinois Hawks alum, graduated from the University of St. Francis in 2022 with his Master's of Science in Management after playing varsity baseball for 5 seasons as a middle infielder for the Saints. He is entering his 5th year as an instructor for Mission360 Baseball and brings 6 years of coaching experience to the program. He is "Youth Baseball Development" certified by Driveline, USA Baseball "B" certificated, a member of the ABCA, and a certified Blast Motion Baseball instructor.
